These terms can’t really be defined as healthy or not. For example a twinky’s macronutrient would be a carbohydrate. A steak - a protein. Butter - Fat. Which one is unhealthy? The twinky dude. But for some reason people associate a high fat diet to long term health problems. Yet, we CLEARLY see that the problem isn’t fat, it’s the SUGAR. The ultra processed ingredients in the twinky is what causes neurological diseases, obesity, etc. Then again we have the FDA and industrial FOOD companies SUGGESTING we eat a low fat diet or switch to SEED oils which are highly refined, prone to oxidation and accumulate in your cells. I do agree that a high fat diet is good for you, contrary to what "they" typically teach us. I'm not a nutritionist...but my guess is there is a cap to how high you should go though. My bloodwork has been really great for longer than I remember...I'm 36 and at my last visit my doctor said my results are what she sees in a healthy 18-year-old. I never get foods labeled as low-fat because that shit is bad for you..mainly the ingredients they had to make up for it being low-fat. So almost every day I do have foods like whole fat yogurt, butter or ghee, aged cheese, extra virgin olive oil, nuts, seeds...I'm probably missing something. I believe that not eating processed foods is more important than making sure you get enough healthy fats. Also eating more fermented foods.

From what I see you stay active enough that those plaques would have a hard time developing. When you increase your heart rate, you increase your caloric necessity, in turn processing the fats that would build up within an inactive person.
It’s part of the equation, but to add: The problem is people eat carbs/sugars which bring in the equation of insulin and body utilizing sugars first as energy because it wants to expel it from the body (sugars are damaging). When you eat fat along with carbs/sugars, you get a lot of lipids that aren’t utilized which raises triglycerides. Triglycerides are a great indicator to metabolic health. So pay attention to triglycerides not LDL cholesterol when doing a blood panel, low triglycerides is good. Fat in conjunction with carbs/sugar is bad, fat in absence of sugars/carbs is the healthiest and most optimal energy source.
This is just an hypothesis though we have no idea if that is true. What we know is that high APOb (number of fat filled spheres in the blood) increase the risk of heart disease later in life. And this guy probably have very high APOb 🙄
