high density! what happens when it need repairing ? these apartment blocks cost a fortune to build and maintain where as a Victorian or Georgian terrace around a garden square cost little. i don't by this high density authoritarianism way of building, but i do like the sponge city concept though

how sponge city construct in land having water table near to ground surface

If anyone thinks that sponge cities have less need for drainage infrastructure…just ask the Chinese. It has not worked well…at all.
