My Daughter said on her first Pediatric visit with her Daughter the Doctor went over Safety Rules, specifically that vacations and anything else outside normal routine is extremely hazardous for children.
Okay, where is the security camera footage, why was the pool not fenced off with childproof gate(s),& HOW DID THE PARENTS NOT NOTICE that he was missing until the next morning? 9:30 is late for a child that age to be out of bed after a busy day - not so late that both of the parents would be asleep, however. Very odd. And dreadfully sad.😢
We witnessed this first hand on our first night at Moody Gardens this weekend. It shook me to the core, especially having 2 young girls. He’s in a better place now, and prayers out to his parents and loved ones.
They could still be if the investigation reveals laws were broken. Yes, there is room for bias with vaguely worded laws, but most people don't jump straight to race as you seem to think (for context, I am mixed race and don't feel tribal to any particular race)
I am sad for the tragic loss of this little child. A rule my husband and I agreed to adhere to, especially away from our own home is worth mentioning. Parents take turns being responsible for keeping an eye on the child or children. This means eyes focused on that child continuously . Ward off danger, know who hit who first, who is getting cranky and needs water, food rest , or separation from others. Be aware of strangers. Look out for an accident waiting to happen. This is always a high alert circumstance . And we take turns on an agreed schedule. At 9 pm I would wonder if the child was put to bed and slipped out when his parents thought he was sleeping. You see, even with our best efforts, children can still do the unexpected. These poor parents are devastated .

Chest compressions will accomplish that sufficiently. May require some aftercare for remnants in lungs, but compressions are the way to go. Many CPR instructions now recommend compression only, no mouth- to- mouth, as residual oxygen in bloodstream being circulated is more important.

You really do have to be on them 100%. So sad, I have twin 4 yo’s and it terrifies me to think of losing them.
