Wow, beautiful. You did a lot of climbing uphill in such a short time. Up to nearly 5‘000 meters in 4 days, no problem with acclimatization? Normally you tell not to gain more than 500 meters a day from night to night, you did much more, great!

I have some queries 1. The trek needs guide? Is it mandatory? If yes, can you provide me contact number of some of guides? 2. Can it be done from Manang only? Or from any other place? If yes, kindly guide in details (start to end, total number of days, contact number of hotel/homestays where do we stay at night or is there any scope of tenting, expenditure as a budget trekker, etc)
DM : info@ghumnajau.com or Contact: 1-5315909, 9849374595, 9813007315. Guide is not mandatory. But if you take a guide trip will be very convenience in terms of stay with food, safety as well as proper guideline. Yes it can be don from Manang only. Now one of route is also discovered from Jomsom ( Thini village) mustang. But it is too difficult case of no available lodge, tea house and opposite direction to ascend which is dangerous for trekkers. Tilicho Tal is nowhere near the highest lake in Nepal, even less in the world. For example the glacial Imja Tse Tal sits at 5026 meters and the highest Gokyo lakes are at 5157 m. There are several lakes at over 6000 meters in Chile.
Nice video. But i must say, who ever the leader of this group was; it was not a smart thing to take these people up to Tilicho, without a rest/acclimatization day in Manang. As, we can see in the video, people were clearly having altitude sickness. You must have a rest day, especially if you've traveled to Manang by jeep. Why i emphasize this is, because the road to Tilicho and back is so tricky, as you can see. All you need is one silly mistake and your off that cliff, and trust me, you will not be able to stop, until you've reached the bottom. I just hope people who watch this video, do not follow your same itinerary; and i hope the next time you guys go, you will be aware of this. Cheers!!!
Yes You're right, Mentioned program may not be suitable for all. We design program as per guests' health fitness as well as hiking practice. This is just a vblog what we made.
I've been there doing the Annapurna trek (including Tilicho lake). I saw plenty of Young Nepaly coming up by car to Khansar (3700 m.). From there trekking to Sheere karka, Basecamp, Tilicho lake and back, without serious acclimatization... I saw plenty of sick people... It's very dangerous, what those "trekking guides" are doing there !
