This in depth, and very personal, technique walk through is fantastic. Like the Choi bar one before. Feels like I sat through and private. I've already been able to implement some of it. I hope you can do these more often 😅
Hi guys, thanx for another great episode, really stoked to hear Adams thoughts on the strait foot lock......cant wait to go lego on my training partners 😂
Sorta off topic but how long do you guys recommend focusing on something, for example I'm currently working butterfly guard sweeps and entries into single and regular x guard , how long should I focus on this , 12 weeks roughly or just untill it begins working consistently??
I personally would say 12 weeks is the sweet spot as you can break up your focus blocks into quarters throughout the year and have 4 dedicated focus blocks. But in saying that I focused on pressure passing exclusively for just over 6 months which is how long I felt I needed at the time. - Kieren
