I'm not familiar with the requirements. I think it's best to check the gks requirements as well as the uni that you are applying to. My experience studying abroad; since I am not a english native speaker I did need to have either a TOEFL, IELTS or cambridge to be accepted in an english course. Just to be on the safe side I would check carefully with each university; which test is necessary, the scores as well as the requirements of gks. Maybe send them a email with this question so that you have an official response that you can refer to in the future :) Hope it helped and good luck !
