开始建了，电力供应部分招标完毕，每个承包商，供应商开始工作了。RTS计划里还包含了一个超大的CIQ移民厅海关楼

首先 我觉得新加坡这里房租起了那么高 也不会因为RTS 而降回covid前的价格，所以很显然到时 很多人会回jb找房子 所以新马来回会比以往更多，车和motor我觉得应该不会有太大变化，但jb 房租 我觉得肯定会起价，分分钟 目前R&F 一间屋 3500-4500 都可以去到 6000-7000 我目测啦

以前可以从丹戎巴葛火车站直接到新山，为何不改从丹戎巴葛火车头，荷兰路站，武吉知马油池站 ，(wood land) 克兰芝站对面就是克兰芝地铁站,坐地铁的过了天桥到（移民厅检查站）新加坡关卡,过关卡搭轻快铁直接到新山,马来西亚移民厅关卡,不用浪费这么多钱的工程和时间，（单轨改成双轨的路程）

开通只会更塞只是塞地点不同，现在巴士站,下次RTS站，年轻来回颇为容易，中年还是住新加坡好有健康才是财富。人家房子贵是有道理的。

我是深圳人。其他都好，深圳可不是因为2010年修了几条地铁连上香港才发达起来的，2010前落后更是无稽之谈，2010已经超过JB太多了。而且借用深圳和香港的例子说新山也会像深圳一样快速发展起来更是没有任何依据。光是交通链接方便程度，新柔就已经差太多了。就我去新山的体验而言，新马这么多人通勤才两个陆路关口，一个抢票抢不到的火车，和平常根本不太用的轮渡。香港深圳之间光陆路关口就有7个，单一个深圳湾大桥，就是12车道，新柔长堤好像4车道吧？水路航线更是多，而且不是个旅游摆设甚至有深圳机场-香港机场之间的通勤航线；更别提高铁，地铁衔接了。最差的还要属马国官员的效率，新加坡关一扫5分钟就过了，到了马来西亚看似队伍不长，但官员一个人审查3分钟，短短的队伍也要快1小时，还是两地两检。深圳香港不仅完全电子化，而且都是一地两检，根本不用单设关口，还隔得那么远，官员效率不好单说是高是低，但相比马来西亚😂，哈哈。硬件方面，新山人均gdp也就一万美元出头，人口刚过100万；深圳人口两千万，人均gdp23000美元，中国一线城市之一，总gdp比香港、新加坡都要高，新山的总gdp怕是新加坡的零头，我不知道有什么勇气拿深圳类比新山的发展速度
当然，我还是希望新山能够发展起来，现在新山物价又高又依靠旅游业，新加坡一封关新山什么样子大家都看到了，而深圳香港疫情封了三年，都过得好好的，gdp也在增长。我发这些是劝看重新山发展想在那边置业的慎重，另外觉得2010深圳因为和香港连接才发展起来这个观点实在是和事实有些出入
看看视频里的的地铁路线图，深圳的地铁网比香港新加坡复杂太多了，但新山地铁我看二十年之内建第一条都悬，新山公共交通更是依托答辩，大家基本都开车，我真的不知道这样要怎么去比
毫不夸张的说，深圳早期就是靠香港产业转移发展起来的，后期转型高新技术产业和服务业。而马来西亚坐拥和香港类似体量的新加坡，发展了什么？承接到新加坡的产业转移了吗？没有😅因为政治原因在新加坡高速发展阶段没有吃到红利。新山本来有很好的机会发展成大都市，但现在新加坡发展也迟缓，没什么产业转移了，新山怎么发展？单靠旅游业估计也就维持现状了。

新马联桥只有短短1.05公里如今两国的差距可有天地之别由其在经济上。马来西亚人和有些是曾经马来西亚人成为新加坡公民或PR还是保持亲密的亲戚联接。

你應該是中國人吧，只有中國人喜歡拿朝鮮來比喻。造謠都不認真做，新加坡這個名字已經幾百年了。而且你拿朝鮮做比喻都不對，朝鮮跟韓國是暴發戰爭過，朝鮮跟韓國是同一個民族，馬來西亞絕大多數是馬來人，新加坡絕大多數是華人，所以你的比喻是牛頭不對馬嘴。
@@Steven-qs7zp 不好意思，你看看他的中文水平，更像是google translate 的，不太可能是中国人。虽然他们都是后期分离的国家，但是确实拿来比喻新马不太贴切。因为韩国和朝鲜因为政治原因根本没办法自由通行，但是新加坡和马来西亚是可以自由通行的，只是交通基础设施配套跟不上来往人数的增长，导致关口拥堵。
其实 塞与不塞 来回的人都知道 是系统与认为的问题🥲
新加坡系统不改善的话 这1小时1万人回去还没通关 下1万人都来着了😫
赞同你的观点，系统是需要改善，但相比10年前现在的系统已经提升很多这也是事实，改善是有的，只是改善的幅度高不高才是关键，希望会越来越好🌹

Singapore needs foreigner to work in Singapore to overcome the shortage of manpower and not shortage of talents. Please do not over rated yourself for being a talent to Singapore . Only those foreigners who are possessed with certain skills that Singapore is lack of are considered as talents.
Thanks for comment, however, for me I will treat anyone as talents, because although for just a worker who selling chicken rice also need the skill, so everybody should treat equally, unless you think that no one talent than you.
