Awesome dude, best quivers made iv tried them all, have a quiver for each of my bows and have a couple on order, gunshy tabs are awesome as well don’t be afraid to give them a try, tarl can match your quiver color with your tab 👍🏻 🏹
Looks like you make a great quiver. I love that you still use the good ole Gamegetters. I still rock the old Legacy 2020 aluminum shaft. Got some good info out of this vid, and looking forward to more of your hunts with Jr. Make sure he keeps pushing iron, too... LOL
Man.some nice bows eh,was hopping you would show the super recurve I thought I could see on your ute,but really good vid.thanks fred nz,ps that bear super Kodiak (think that's what you said)short bow of your mate with deep hand riser looked cool
Looks like a great quiver and something I’ll consider purchasing. Your comment on the Zickey broad heads was a bit puzzling as I have used them for years and wouldn’t consider changing. Yes you do have to sharpen them after shooting an animal but what broad head wouldn’t you sharpen? I’ve shot 7 deer with the same Zickey and from my bow nothing I’ve ever shot flies as true as a two blade (singe blade two edge)Zickey Delta.
They're fine, but I don't feel the need to sharpen a head immediately after buying it. They are far from sharp from factory. But yes they fly great, easy to tune and align. Weighted adapters make them work on most spines.. they're great, but, just a little too dull for me. Like I said I'd rather sharpen my skills shooting, not spend hours sharpening heads, before they run through an animal. I like razor sharp from the package. It's unfortunate they don't come that way, they would sell tons...
My uncle scott sure knows what a good broadhead is then! That's all we use. Zwickey deltas although I think I have an Eskimo and a Magnus stinger in a backup quiver. He got me into them. Yeah they do take a while to get honed down and too a straight cutting edge but they sure are tough as nails. Keep shooting deer with them over and over. Don't whistle like some heads do supposedly. Fly just like a practice field point and they hit like a freight train when glued in front of a heavy spined 23/64 cedar arrow. Do you use carbon or woodies? I'd like to tinker with carbon or aluminum shafts but I'm pretty accurate with wood arrows. I had some carbons a while back and they were a little more loud but they shot like laser beams. Very accurate
This is an excellent post and I could use a six arrow quiver because more is better. I really wanted to make a wise ass remark but the content here is way too good for dopey nonsense!
I'd hit your local archery shop and see what you like and what you're willing to spend. Just jumping in you could find recurves around the $100 mark. Plus arrows, plus tab, plus quiver, plus...... it never stops! ha ha ha
@@buckshot21000 That is not good. Amazon has cheap starter bows. They are decent to start with. To see if you'd like it anyways. Hit the local shop for some arrows then. They can help you there, if not you'll need to google proper arrow spine for your poundage and draw length.. learn all you can by yourself. Don't rely on others.. Hopefully your local shop isn't totally useless.
@@gunshyarchery I’ll have to look to see if the shops around me are starting to carry any traditional stuff. But thanks for the info. One of my goals is to take a black bear with traditional archery. I live in eastern North Carolina so they don’t really hibernate. A guy this past November killed one with archery close to the coast that was 780. The world record is 880 back in 1998 in craven county and I saw that one.
How about the perfect quiver. How about a quiver with double arrow attachment; no loose arrows; no vibration of arrows. How about a quiver with no broadhead cup foam; no dulling of broadheads; no replacement of foam after every season.
Does one quiver fit both longbows and recurves? I mean I the attachment system. Would I have to buy one for a recurve and a different one designated for longbows, or are they universal for all trad bows?
@@gunshyarchery Yes sorry I used a wrong word. By the way, you'll see that I send you an email for the same question. Then, if the Velcro is out and don't work well, can it be changed easily ? Thanks for your answer. PS : Sent you a 1st mail with a link of my bow to ask you if the F4+2 is ok for my bow ;) If yes, i'll command one :) Have a nice day. From France.

Awesome quivers! Love mine!👍🏻
Best quivers on the market just got my second one will definitely be buying more in the future!
Thanks again Matthew.
Awesome review vid, I have pretty much every major quiver brand including a couple of yours and yours are the best 💪🏻
Thanks man, I appreciate it!

Wow you thought everything out when made the quivers awesome how would one look or work on a 64 inch American style longbow?
Check out Styk Man Archery on youtube. Has some vids with the quivers on ASL's. Thanks for watching.

Universal fit yes.
1 question please : You only use scratch to attach the quiver to the bow ?
Doesn't it wear out too quickly ?
Not familiar with Scratch.. There is a rubber gasket touching the limb with a VELCRO strap around it.
