I’m a huge Audi fan and drive an Audi with Quattro all wheel drive. I have to say that this video does not give a true reflection on Audi or the BMW. When I first got my Audi it had Michelin summer tyres on it and it was not that impressive in the snow. I quickly changed to all season tyres and it instantly became a different vehicle. So it has nothing at all to do with the four wheeled drive system it’s all about the tyres you have fitted. I’m currently using Goodyear four seasons tyres and they are very good in my opinion. I live in the UK so we get plenty of mixed weather and personally I would not put summer tyres on my car again.

Hey I love Audi especially Quattro but it should at least be fair. A bmw basic 3 series and a rs6-rs7 obviously modified is way more hp and the conditions aren’t the same. I’d like a true competitive game to be seen. Same conditions similar vehicles Also Audi is the awd king hands down. I’ve never got stuck in mine and with regular all seasons not snows if I had snows it wouldn’t have been as much fun in the snow lol

I drive over 300 HP BMW with a rear drive and when it has winter tires on snow, it goes like an arrow! Such dull phials of the most Audi fanboys ... take an Audi with summer tires, it will not move right away! I had the opportunity to drive the X6 on winter tires in the mountains and it was not a problem. I'm not a BMW fanboy, but I am laughing at such movies!

It also matters who is driving, and what kind of tires. In the bmw examples, there are a lot of summer tires, so the drivers are probably not very smart.
No because you had modern BMW SUV! But you didn't have any SUV's in the Audi vedios ....which means that Audi out did the BWM even when they used there SUV's😉😉😉
@@STR1XDLB no you can make the tires spin in a small turn but only full throttle with some a classified models. But yeah for bigger drifts you gonna need the s or rs models for sure :)

all BMWs have summer tires, you can tell by the fact that snow does not stick to the tires. I drive an e39 in mountainous terrain and I don't have such problems. good tires are enough, specifically uniroyal ms plus77. 30 years ago and more there were only RWD and people somehow drove in the winter, where the winters were harsher, in addition on summer tires. Comparison for massaging your own ego in front of the computer. ;)

I will never understand why people make videos and put in this example all BMW vehicles that are old and have engines from 2.0 to 3.0 max, and for the Audis that are all newer in this video and that are all RS with engines from 3.0 and up, we it will never be clear
У меня q5 8r quatro torsen и зимние континенталь с шипом. За несколько лет было пару случаев, что и они теряли держак. И я не фанат бмв. Но видео на мой взгляд не корректное. Современные ауди и наверняка их владельцы могут позволить себе топовые шины. А бмв старенькие и такие владельцы как правило экономят на резине в том числе.
@@hapurchapur8107 +1 quattro на много лучше. В этом году в Прибалтике хорошая зима и все заднеприводные как черепахи едут, а полный привод как танк. Все равно что бмв или мерс у них подключаемых передний привод и это называется недопривод
