I'm excited for this game, too. Crossing fingers that it's truly good. The remakes of 2 and 3 were both pretty recent, and both good, so I'm optimistic. Hearing about this actually got me to go back to and finally finish Legend of Mana, the last major American release(Dawn? What Dawn?), and the only core game I hadn't ever finished. Now I have, so I'm ready.
Sounds good. I did not come around to play the Remake of 3 yet. But all in all we can look forward to it they made good choices for the remakes, totally agreed.
Final Fantasy Adventure was the rebranded US release of the original Seiken Densetsu. It's very bare-bones, so I highly suggest the Sword of Mana remake/reimagining for the GBA. Expanded plot, ability to choose male or female protagonist, a quest and class change system, and much improved graphics far more in line with the look of the series from 2 onwards. The Final Fantasy Legend games did the same thing, but with early SaGa series games instead. Japanese marketers were really afraid that the US audience wouldn't try something without the FF name attached to it at the time(in significant numbers, that is). They were probably right.
This is so nostalgic. I am pretty sure thats how i would have sit infront of a game with friends If i had any 😂
Same, very cool trailer to not show anything but the "joy" of another game in the series.
No Friends gang 😅 nah it's crazy
Heck yeah This Trailer got me all emotional amd I haven't played a Mana game in Forever.
Reminds me of that Final Fantasy one with the Father and Son.
t really brought me back into my childhood. There are a bunch of games this year that gave me this feeling.

They called it Final Fantasy Legend on the Game Boy right?
