You'll never know how much your channel means to me. My grandpa used to have guys over in his garage for a jam session when I was little and my uncle still does, although it's a bit more modern. GReat times all around. I found your channel trying to learn midnight on the water on fiddle. I have enjoyed playing along with you in my living room. Thank you for sharing this wonderful music that I love. I look forward to hearing many more. Thanks Again!
WOW!..Very nice and very much appreciated comment. Since not one of us are, or ever was professional musicians, our expectations were pretty low when someone jokingly suggested I put someting one UA-cam..We were expecting a few dozens of views, or a hundred at most. There was amazement when we passed one millions views after a couple of years...sooo humbling to think that many folks like our old and "oldtime" music. Thanks for stopping by Presto..hope to see you again soon.....Ron and the gang..
@@estherbraham1228 Thank you very much Ester..so glad you like it. I learned this from Country Gentlemen now decades ago. I think it may have originally been an Irish song that was "Americanized" at some point...think maybe was The Irish Soldier, or something like that..
Hi Ester, It's saddens me to say that several of my pals have now passed away, and I have now moved from West Virginia to Florida...not so many here that play my old style tunes, so I try a few by myself...hope you find a few you like...been thinking about adding another old one soon called "A Daisy A Day"....Ron...
