You can use if condition using the dates in the list and remove an item from list using remove list item block...

How to run the clock when the app is closed

If multiple people use it in the SAME MOBILE everything will be mixed up. So, it is recommended that different people use in different devices(mobiles)...

If you store it in TinyDB, even if you close the app the data will NOT BE CLEARED.
