I miss the simplicity of this style of coaches show. Great find and thanks for posting.

Coach Holtz the king of winning big games and the most underated college coach.

As an old Razorback, I'm so proud of the red and white, win or lose. And I mean that. Just to play at Arkansas must be a thrill. As a member of the Razorback band, this college has such a tradition. I was in school with Joe Furgeson, Dickey Morton and Mike Kirdland and had classes with them. So proud to be a Razorback, playing drums like a mad man.

So few games were televised back in the day…often the only way to see (outside of having season tickets) game footage was via local sports broadcast or watching the coach’s show. Same with NFL, the Monday Night football halftime show with Howard Cossell was the only time to watch footage of several games.

Escaped with the Dub that day. Loved Lou and his Ark teams. They played hard..smart..and of course had big talent. A whole different brand of football than the touch Fball we see today. WPS!!!🐗🐗🐗

Holtz was a great coach who got in his own way at times at Arkansas.

I think Frank Broyles was the one in the way up there, not Lou…

@@terrybarnett273 Holtz was/is a POS human. I know him personally, an absolute narcissist.

@@terrybarnett273This, but it wasn't just him. He should have been pushed out earlier, though. He killed a lot of good coaches.

That’s odd. It’s working on my iPhone and worked on my laptop. It is low, but it came from a super old VHS.

I never liked Holtz after the Jesse Helms commercial or the fake "Do Right Rule" that he used against those three players. Never sought their side of the story and just rushed to judgement.
