    Did not understand if its a 5yr lease agreement or 15yr like are we going to get rent for 5yrs or 15?

    All of these units are a good size and really comfy. I'm just a bit uncertain about this "Pre-lease" idea, but from what I've heard, it sounds like if I buy two double bed units in this building for 43 lakhs each, they become mine. The builders or whoever is in charge will handle renting them out to people who need a place to stay for work or other reasons, and they'll make sure that the rent money goes straight into my account every month. Is that right?

      That is correct. They will transfer confirmed rent to you for the duration of the agreement.

    Have been staying there in Union Hamlet, they charge - 16k per bed. So Room wise - 32K and 2K maintenance on leaving.
    Room Service is not regular.
    Its an hassle for getting anything from their staff - like wifi password, pillow, room service, bedsheet, stay bills

    I think notarised agreement is not vaild for rent agreement As per law

    Actually they have already invested money buying land and construction cost. They can earn money by renting it directly themselves. Why they are selling it.

      They get the money NOW the investors have to wait , and I think it’s selling at a premium so they’re also making some profit by selling

      They have taken loan from bank, once you buy the property they will repay the loan by your money. Then they will take new loan and create new property. This is a loop and this is called business 😊

    I have one question after 5 year if they will give 3 month notice and they will exit. Then who will manage the tanent?

      Once the lease finishes, the property and management falls back with you. Hence you would be in charge.

    If it preleased for 15 years what happens after 15yrs ? Do we get Rs 43lac back that we paid for a unit. ?

    Inke liye sahi hai
    Free mein ghar bhi milta hai, kuchh thode paise furniture pai laga kar
    Like hotel per day rent hoga iska
    Owner ko milane wali 14000
    Aur inko pata nahin kitne 140000
