Thanks to your example, I have installed Plate of Dismay and now my 2 permanent communities as well as a new play-through are all suffering with that mod applying it's boot to our thoat, lol... It's almost like playing a new game. Love it!
That's awesome! I expect it will be a bit more brutal for your permanent communities based on their community standing - that's what I have to look forward to lol! 👍😎
@@gurugamingkiwi It is, but they are fully maxed characters with power bases, so I can cope with it , but it did make things a lot more interesting (lethal zone is a bit boring for a maxed out end game community). So far PoD has wiped on playthrough and on the verge of wiping a second playthrough. I seriously ran into bloaters both times and it almost seems like that insta spawns a plague feral when you do that. Good times! 😂
You know Guru while you're out assaulting the plague hearts, you could install the sanitising machine in your infirmary. It will speed up infection recovery while you're away.
is there a mod that changes lethal difficulty freaks to look like their non plague versions but still keep their stats? (like ferals still need three headshots)

Not sure...you could check on Nexus mods website or even the SOD2 modding discord. You can alter quite a lot, I've found! ☝😎
