11:31 This is a false assumption because zombies can detect you while using scent block if you get too close or bump into them, if you were playing with a character that had scouting you'd have noticed that every zombie that you got too close too turned hostile.

@@JayTalbot I forgot to mention that Feral's have a higher detection range because they are blind so you should expect the Feral that's summoned by a Plague Heart phasing to be hostile if you are in the same room as it when it enters the building.
One the upside if you manage to stay out of this detection range while using scent block you get to watch Feral's seemingly run around at random and tackle zombies, in other words the Feral knows you are there but can't find your exact location due to the lack of eyes.
