Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but I just started looking into traditional Korean archery. I believe Chang’s shot cycle is very similar to a traditionally taught draw. Starts high, settles to mid and lines up, comes to full draw and aims. Very interesting. I saw similar teachings for horn bows.
