    - 16 red fresno peppers
    - 4.5 cups filtered water
    Sauce Making
    - Fermented peppers
    - 5 garlic cloves
    - 1/2 cup with 2 tbsp white vinegar
    - half celery stick
    - half carrot
    - 4 tbsp brine from peppers
    - half of the oil used to cook the garlic
    - salt

    Buffalo its not only its made like Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce and Butter, but its also has a Savory Seasoning Flavor, especially Tangy by adding a Vinegar, White Wine Vinegar, or Red Wine Vinegar, and a and a Punch a Flavor its Pickled Jalapeño Juice which its my Favorite, cause it has a Tangyness Flavor, and this is better than adding a Butter

    This is the only video that actually makes the sauce and doesnt go adx franks red hot and butter and thats hoemmade buffalo sauce. Franks is basically buffolo sauce. Its like saying to make homemade ketchup from scratch you need to add heins ketchup and a little bit of vinigar. All to say thank you for showing us how to actually make buffolo sauce from actual scratch

    Definitely Flat! And Same, don't like my wings well done either. I think that's why I like Flat ones cause they're not as dry.

    Great video. Going to try it. So I can only assume if you want to go for the culofuego experience, you would replace some of the Fresnos with some cayennes.

    I’ve use this recipe before, but my husband is allergic to garlic. So I used ginger still came out delicious. Do you store it in a dark place for the 5-10 days?

    Do you mean half a cup of water with 2 tablespoons Vinegar??

      No, he means 1/2cup+2tbsp of white vinegar which is about 150ml, he’s being accurate.
      He could’ve said 0.625cups of white vinegar but it’s harder for us.

    Proper Buffalo is butter plus Frank's. Do what you want. Tabasco is a just another mid brand. Get one from a farmers market if youre open minded

      The spiciness is actually on the white tissue (capsaicin gland on the placenta) which coats the seeds. So the seeds aren’t hot but they’re coated in something that is much more abundant in the white tissue. I’d recommend taking the seeds out for texture, but if you’re really concerned about spiciness, maybe try to separate the seeds?
