Omg finally someone who doesn’t use Frank’s hot sauce
For real tho!🤣
Like I don’t need to know how your making buffalo sauce if your using franks. I can just use franks. I put that sh!t on everything. Now I can make my own.
Was thinking the same 👌
Fucking....facts
Honestly this is a true story
It took me so long to find an original video of someone who knows what they are doing and making their OWN buffalo sauce!!! Thank you!!!!
This man has hot sauce on his hands and under his nails, I trust him with my life to make hot sauce. Thank god somebody actually made it from scratch 🙏🙏
Thank you for adding to my collection of homemade sauces.
Love the drums and I’m making this sauce tonight!
"If it starts floating on top and looking like fungus, you totally messed up" 😂
Haha that totally caught me off guard
Buffalo its not only its made like Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce and Butter, but its also has a Savory Seasoning Flavor, especially Tangy by adding a Vinegar, White Wine Vinegar, or Red Wine Vinegar, and a and a Punch a Flavor its Pickled Jalapeño Juice which its my Favorite, cause it has a Tangyness Flavor, and this is better than adding a Butter
Dope video bro Gracias. Straight up natural!
Great sauce, great video! Thanks for sharing. I live in Italy where they dont sell buffalo sauce, I haven't found it so...I checked out your recipe. Hope I can find those peppers 🌶 👍
That's great and I can add other ingredients to my own sauce . Hubby doesn't like things too sour so I have to add some sweetener to mine for his palette
Great video. How long does the sauce last? Can Refrigerate and use again the next day?
This is the only video that actually makes the sauce and doesnt go adx franks red hot and butter and thats hoemmade buffalo sauce. Franks is basically buffolo sauce. Its like saying to make homemade ketchup from scratch you need to add heins ketchup and a little bit of vinigar. All to say thank you for showing us how to actually make buffolo sauce from actual scratch
Thanks bro, I was curious!
This is the recipe I needed.
Finally. Thank you so much.
Definitely Flat! And Same, don't like my wings well done either. I think that's why I like Flat ones cause they're not as dry.
Good job 😊
Drums all day my dude!!!
Incredible
Great video. Going to try it. So I can only assume if you want to go for the culofuego experience, you would replace some of the Fresnos with some cayennes.
I’ve use this recipe before, but my husband is allergic to garlic. So I used ginger still came out delicious. Do you store it in a dark place for the 5-10 days?
Great video. The celery and carrots make a difference? I've done fermented sauce before but never used the celery or carrots
Carrots will sweeten the sauce
Thanks homie

Aesthetic and straighted👌🏼 just curious: why the celery & carrots? Do they provide a specific taste to the sauce?
Ok subscribed.
Can I use any salt like Celtic sea salt 🧂 or pink Himalayan salt
i was like wayment how yall "making" buffalo sauce using franks' (which I LOVE). I can just buy their buffalo sauce, they do know they sell a buffalo sauce right??? lol like lets be for real, we want to how to do this thang from scratch! THANK YOU!
Put a funnel in the bottle first, then strain over the top and pour in, be less messy. Thank you for the recipe.
Yo bro I can’t find fresno chiles any other chiles I can sub for?
Cayenne peppers would work, just take out the seeds

When you say half a cup with 2 tablespoons vinegar
Do you mean half a cup of water with 2 tablespoons Vinegar??
Yes
No, he means 1/2cup+2tbsp of white vinegar which is about 150ml, he’s being accurate.
He could’ve said 0.625cups of white vinegar but it’s harder for us.
@@christopherch so what is the 1/2 cup that you add 2tbsp of vinegar?
What’s the scoville units tho
drums all the way when i worked at the met counter i noticed people liked the flats more idk why its just more work to eat much rather be eating around 1 bone than 2 bones
Flats all the way 😌
What do you mean by 1/2 cup with 2 tbsp of white vinegar?
1/2 cup of water, 2tbsp vinegar
@@h.h.hcards9804 I think he meant 1/2 + 2 tbsp of vinegar. You need way more vinegar than 2 tbsp of vinegar.
Man keep the seeds in that's where most of the spice from the peppers come from
Drumstick 100%
From scratch! #amen #tapatio
Now mugs know what goes in there. #vegetables
Proper Buffalo is butter plus Frank's. Do what you want. Tabasco is a just another mid brand. Get one from a farmers market if youre open minded
Thank you and I like flats better
I like flats, twist the small bone out and get the all the meat and sauce in one semi bite.
I only use olive oil.
I’m a drum guy too💯 the proud the few😂 everyone likes “flats”😂 flats are for girls bro.
I prefer drums because I feel like they are easier to eat and they have more meat
i'm a flats guy myself
What up homes? 😉
Bro, you literally got rid of the whole heat… it’s all in the seeds & veins
Fucken carlangas ……?
Don't remove seeds. That's what makes it hot
The spiciness is actually on the white tissue (capsaicin gland on the placenta) which coats the seeds. So the seeds aren’t hot but they’re coated in something that is much more abundant in the white tissue. I’d recommend taking the seeds out for texture, but if you’re really concerned about spiciness, maybe try to separate the seeds?
Umm okay..
