    💐 Hi Michelle, That is so nice that you and Michael make cookies together for your neighbors! I have done that the last two years and my wonderful neighbors are so appreciative for them! The older couple on the right of us said they “fought” over the cookies and hid theirs from each other!😂. I used to make Cranberry Jewels years ago when my girls were growing up for Christmas and they’re a real treat😊. Maybe? You could fasten that broken wire together with a couple of zip ties? Also, you might try a large cookie sheet for a “pull out” under your lids rack. At least until you find something better. 😊❤️👍👏🥰🌷🌸

      Second vote for zip ties so I’m going to try it out.
      If I can find the right size cookie sheet that idea might work too. 🩷🩷🩷

    My kitchen drawers need attention badly! You’ve motivated me to get with it.
    Thanks SO much for getting me into the Bible Recap. I love it! I started on the New Testament and have caught up. I also bought the book. I’m very visual and seeing it makes me remember more. Will start the new year with the Old Testament. I’ve never read most of the OT, so this will be a challenge!
    Please pray for me. I found out Friday that I have breast cancer again, this time on the right. Seeing the surgeon on Friday to see what the plan is.
    Have a great week!

      What a perfect time to be following the Bible recap. Tara-Leigh really has a way of recapping each day. I’m enjoying my time in the word. I now understand far more then I’ve ever had. I love that. 💙🧡🩷💚

    Hey Michelle, Happy Monday. I agree some weeks we can do more in our homes than others based on how busy our lives are that week. ❤ I enjoy watching all of your routine videos and seeing which routine you will do next in each video. ❤ I’m getting ready for the holidays I can’t believe this year only has 2 months left and then it will be over. 😮🙀 I can’t wait to put out holiday content on my channel it will be so exciting as well as watching other UA-camrs out out that content as well. ❤ A Christmas cookie exchange sounds exciting, I have never heard of anything like that before. There’s nothing more exciting than baking Christmas cookies and then exchanging them for another kind that someone else has made. ❤

      @michellelowe-getinspired  10 місяців тому +1

      Hello Rachel. Yes, cookie exchange can be a lot of fun. I’ve seen neighborhood cookie exchange where each home will make several dozen of their cookie of choice and then everyone meets in one home, sets up the cookies in batches and everyone does an exchange. You end up leaving with a variety of different cookies. 🎄

    Great motivation!! I definitely have to finish the insides of my cabinets. Got my pantry done and another cabinet. Now to finish the rest. Cold front is coming in on Tuesday so Wednesday I’m cleaning the inside of my oven ( my least favorite thing to do). Looking forward to next Sundays video. Hope you have a great week

    Hey Michelle, great inspiration and organization as always. I'm really looking forward to seeing your Christmas tree - always one of the prettiest, and the new purchases. 🥰 My husband and I are working in my daughters garden this weekend where they recently moved. This year they're hosting Christmas as it's also her partners birthday and they're getting married - I've got dozens of ideas! This will be such a memorable Christmas for our family and friends. I hope you have a wonderful week! 🥰

    Maybe a zip tie would work in keeping that garbage rail thingy together
    And for the cutting board cabinet, how about a tray or something to that effect that would catch any water . I’m pretty sure Amazon would have some for under the cabinet ❤

      So many votes for zip ties so I’m going to try that and also might look into finding the right size test for the bottom of the cabinet. 🧡🧡🧡

    Hi Michele, Great video. Doesn’t it make you feel good when your cabinets are all clean when you open the doors. Even though things are hidden behind that door we know when it’s dirty and it’s such a great feeling for it to be clean. you ask about our things we do for Christmas. I think I have told you before that I have a whole system that I just pull out every year. Our menu is exactly the same each year and people would be upset if it changed at all so I have a pre-printed grocery list and I have it sectioned out by what can be bought early and what needs to be bought at the last minute and I just start purchasing some of those things all along that I can do early. Also I have a timeline of what needs to be done starting from November 2 all the way to Christmas Day. The first thing that happens on November 2 is a update my address labels and print them for Christmas cards and put them on the envelopes. Then I start making out cards a few at a time that go out around the first week in December. Each year after Christmas I do a critique of what went good and what needed to be changed. I also have a list of what needs to be purchased and what I already have. For instance Christmas cards wrapping paper etc. This year we made A family decision that we are not buying gifts this year. None of us need anything but we have planned a bunch of other fun things that will do when we get together. Anyway hard to believe that it’s already time to start thinking about that. I have not been able to watch any UA-cam videos on ladies that are shopping and decorating for Christmas already. Just not ready yet. thanks as always for the great job you do on your videos. Love in Christ

    • @michellelowe-getinspired
      @michellelowe-getinspired  10 місяців тому +1

      Donna, I love that level of organization, it makes my heart so happy.
      Our menu changes every year as we do themes. This year my son Blake and his family will be here from Alaska and he is our family chef. I was able to work with him in the kitchen for his wedding 16 months ago so I asked if we could do it again for our Christmas party. I’m very excited.
      I do have a couple of things that I’m able to get down on paper and print it every year. Very little adjustments needed. But mostly I have to move things around each year.
      I also do a critique at the end so I can improve next year. Typically it mainly boils down to biting off more then I can chew. I want my kids to have a memorable experience each year and sometimes I overextend myself. Last year I made big adjustments and it went better for me.
      I hope you have a great week. 🧡

    Super relaxing video. I'm curious when you're going to put your Christmas tree up - do you wait until December?
    Also, for your broken cabinet drawer - could you get someone to 3D print the missing plastic piece for you? There's gotta be someone that could make a replacement. I feel like that shape is very 3D-printable...

    • @michellelowe-getinspired
      @michellelowe-getinspired  10 місяців тому +1

      Oh my goodness, I never thought about 3D printing. And my daughter has one of those printers, I know because I just moved it from her house to a storage building. Thanks for the idea.
      I like to put my tree up before Thanksgiving. I usually don’t decorate it until the day after but having the tree up before saves me a lot of time by not having to set it up and decorate it in the same day or two. Plus I love having that winter feel in my home before adding in all the color. 🎄

    Hi michelle, great inspiration!! On the garbage can frame can you either glue that piece to the rod or a small zip tie? Have a wonderful week!

    • @michellelowe-getinspired

      Victoria. Glue is definitely not an option but I have considered a zip tie or plain ol duck tape. 🥴
