Nice video. The one thing that 100% sucks about FPC is that you can't reorder pads like you can on every other other drum sampler by simple drag and drop.

Awesome! thanks for making it so simple. Does anyone know how switching the midi notes from GM will affect the "Fire" controller? Will the Fire pick up on the changes on the pads in drum mode? Guess I can check when I get home.

hello this is a little late but i know both of these answers so thought id help.
1. nope! fpc stands on its own. but you can use your akai with it by mapping the drumpads.
2.if you click on the little dropdown next to your pads, youll see the option to save the entire kit as a preset, save it to a folder so you can open it another time.
i want the sound to stop as soon as i release the pad how can i do that ?
set your cut at 1
and your cut by at 1 for each pad
why i cant do all drums in one piano roll?
I like how he just used the ADSR knob, then just went for the nodes. No one knows how those knobs work.
I free style with my drum pad.. how can I have full velocity on a pad at any touch
You could to use your midi controller editor software to do that. Or in FL you can go into your MIDI settings and turn off the velocity input. This would automatically give a set velocity regardless of how hard you hit. I don't think it would be full velocity though.
Once you've built your custom kit, what are the save options pros/cons? 1. Save entire kit as Presets, 2. Save All Wav files, 3. Export kits as SFZ. I've tried a few different ways...not seeing the saved kits like in your example. Can you do a follow up video on how you Save or export, then LOAD them in again?

FPC is a stock plugin which is included with your license of FL Studio, so you should have it already in FL Studio if you own it :)
But how to record what I'm playing on the FPC?

How can I make a hi hat roll
