How do you sync the second mic using the SLX-D Dual system? Each time I attempt it, mic 1 stops working. I can't get both mics working at the same time. No idea what I'm doing wrong.
When you turn on the power button on receiver you have to press and hold power button for fewer seconds to turn it on? Because mine it seems like I have to press down and hold for fewer seconds to turn it on if I just press it and let go it won’t turn on
Why do I need to use Ethernet cable to connect two receivers? Do that mean I can use only one pair of antennas instead of two, if receivers are connected via a Ethernet cable?
Great Video Production, but it's very dark! The Syncing portion is fast and hard to see what happened. I say this as a Shure dealer that trains folks on setting up systems.
Does anyone know if you can link and use both headset and handheld mic? Sometimes I play guitar so I would like to have everything prepared to just turn off handheld mic and use headset. Anyone knows?
The receiver will only let you use 1 transmitter at a time. So you will have to remember to turn off the handheld, before you turn on your headset. Otherwise the handheld and beltpack will be wrestling for connectivity. Make sure they are on the same freq

Same here. The instruction guide is very basic and isn't for the dual system moreso the single system.

It says to use Ethernet switch two seconds after that
The Qlxd which is a step up doesnt have group scan (network scan is ok) or availability to edit the channel name.

Mine keeps saying "no transmitter detected" how can I fix this issue? It has no sound coming from the mic when it was fine before. Battery still full.

My gain was at 14hz and it sounded to loud. I had to lower it to 3hz
Does anyone know if the transmitters original used on a Shure SLX4 work on this receiver ?

Wow the optimal gain I think 24 it’s too much……. You can’t sign with your mixer on that gain from receiver …..
