I’m not a massive fan of the top handle either or the 70/30 clamshell compartment ratio either. That being said, if level 8 released a top opening hard shell suitcase with a wide telescopic handle, I would happily buy a cabin suitcase and checked suitcase bc I’d rather have one deep compartment than a 50/50 or 70/30 vlamshell suitcase. I am a hardshell luggage girly
I agree completely. We also have the Level8 Road Runner Pro and I love how it combines a backpack with a luggage bag together but I really think it needs a top opening zipper or flap.
