Muppets Haunted Mansion: Who doesn’t love the Muppets?! This is a really great spooky movie that I think everyone will enjoy…it has the familiar Muppets but also great cameos! And really great for almost all ages. The songs, the story, the cameos, I mean its just really fun! I love that Dancing in the moonlight plays at the end too, that is one of my family’s favorite songs to listen to. And again just so funny, check out this scene with Will Arnett. That kind of sense of humor is seriously my favorite.
The Legend of Sleepy Hollow-Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad
This came out in 1949 and tells the story of Ichabod Crane and the Headless Horseman. There truly is something so timeless about this. This kind of spooky telling of a story is one of my favorite parts of Halloween. Its not necessarily about being the scariest, but there’s just a special feeling that comes up when watching a cartoon that is spooky but not terrifying.
Trick or Treat- This movie although short is the BEST!! It of course has Witch Hazel, Donald Duck and his three nephews! It has everything a child could want for Halloween. Tricks, treats, witches, candy...what could be better. This classic disney cartoon is a staple in my house this time of year.
Mr. Boogedy- This is such a fun movie!! Its about a family who moves to Lucifer Falls only to find out that the very old and spooky home is haunted by Mr. Boogedy. It stars Richard Masur, David Faustino and Kristy Swanson.
The Bride of Boogedy- So of course it would make sense that number 1 on my list would be the follow up to Mr. Boogedy and that of course is Bride of Boogedy! Richard Masur returns as the loveable Mr. Davis. Eugene Levy is also in this as the grumpy Mr. Lynch.

I watched them both back to back over the weekend. I like them, they were only a little scary, but silly and fun. I think I like the first movie better, the second one kind of went off the rails and didn't make much sense. It was still fun, though.
The family was so cute, with the parents working for a novelty company and always playing goofy pranks on each other!@@MovieRecs0806
