Great to hear from you, I'm still trying to figure that out too! So far Micah has done pretty well to sleep during the flights we've taken. But sometimes I have to put him in the baby carrier and walk up and down the aisle to keep him relaxed and sleepy. My schedule since having a baby and traveling has changed quite a bit, we usually are back at the hotel / apartment by early evening so eat dinner very early.
Mark good going on starting this and the other new Vlog; it's really kicked in my enthusiasm to work out more often and at home. Would be great if you could have a monthly section on digital/social media and blog management as I feel we subscribers can learn a lot from you. All the best and look forward to more great content from you.

I'm sure if everyone adopted this healthy lifestyle going natural with food as you do, we would minimize one of the biggest issues in modern society: the obesity. Btw, you eat lots of spices and specially peppers accelerate the metabolism. I'm sure that helps you to keep in fit as well haha
From what I understand spices are a great natural remedy for many things. He works out, has a healthy appetite and he seems to walk a lot while he is traveling. I often wonder why people just think he magically eats all that food and stays slim. Looking that fit takes a lot of work. It's great that Mark has shown us the other component to his healthy life. Of course he will also stay fit from chasing Micah once he is walking.
This is great. I used to do a lot of workouts just like this, varying the different exercises each time. The key is to keep your heart rate up and rest as little as possible and that keeps the fat burning for days. Thanks for sharing. I always wondered how you managed to stay so fit eating so much great food and I suspected it was due to these types of workouts.
Naturally after my 5 kids working out isn't something my body takes to with much enthusiasm. I will admit that I miss it so much. Mark, you bring so much to your videos. If anybody else wants to get started with this circuit type of training, there is a free app called "7 Minute Workout" that goes through a bunch of similar body-weight type exercises. It has a couple different workouts too so if you do a few of them in a row, you can have a similar effect. The WHO recommends 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity exercise per week and I definitely think this would qualify as vigorous-intensity. Keep up the good work Mark!

I'm with you. I'm a gym junkie. I exercise everyday. I lift like any other men and there's nothing wrong. I strive to keep lean and a well-built body with muscles, not buff but I wouldn't mind if the more weights I lift, I get more buff but that's impossible because my body is just tiny. Sweats are beautiful. The ache your body goes through is so damn good. A balance of physical fitness and healthy eating is the secrecy to a good and happy body.
Mark, let me introduce you to the "Self Destruct" 1 push up, 1 sit up, 1 burpee, and 1 jumping jack. After every revolution/cycle, you add 1 to the number of each exercise. The goal is to never stop moving. Try doing 15 of them before your 100 meter run, sometime. Love your vlogs, mate.
Basic but effective. Fyi, "burpees" are similar to what military folks used to call "8-count body builders". Just have to add scissoring your legs out/in after the push-up part 💪
Mark, make sure you cool down for at least 15-20 minutes BEFORE you take a shower and drink not too cold of water when in heat. I knew two people that died of a heart attack. One downed a coke quickly from fridge immediately after mowing lawn in 100 degree heat in Lubbock Texas. And now I'm in NC and a father of a friend of my daugher died in shower from also mowing lawn in extreme heat. He didn't wait to cool down and went for a cool shower. He had heart attack and died. I hope you cool down before shower. Thanks for your video. It is very encouraging and motivating! 💙

I didn't realise that was six times through! That's quite a beasting. And you're doing the burpees right: using your quads for the jump. A really strong dining room chair would add something useful. Face it - 180 degrees from where you'd be sitting - rest fingertips gently on the back, and put a foot on. Step up to your full height using the quads, switch feet at the top and lower yourself on the other leg, immediately stand up and switch feet, lower yourself.....It's a very good CV exercise. With practise you can do 15 minutes if you have to. Heart rate isn't quite up to what's achievable running - too much lowering interferes with the useful work done - but in the tropics, with the problems of getting rid of heat, it pretty much does work as well as running. First time you do it, though, you have to be conscious of the horrible damage you can do to your legs. Crippled the next day if you're not careful. Do a few minutes as part of the circuit. You also aren't really ever hitting back and biceps. Finding somewhere you can hang, and doing a few pull ups every circuit, would also add something useful.
I bench press Mark 25 times 5 sets lmao. He's genetically a thinner man. But this is a great workout especially in Covid times I actually do this similar workout nowdays. Guess who else does these kinda workouts daily and are some of the most ripped....Prisoners! Shout out to Mark W for this huge seen a ton of his videos but never this.
