I do this but I scramble only the egg whites in and leave the yolk whole. If you get the timing down, the whites cook from the residual heat and make the ramen super creamy and delicious, and the yolks end up a perfect gooey softboil consistency. My favourite is to do it with the Nongshim kimchi ramyeon, add a little extra kimchi from the fridge while it's cooking (sometimes I chuck in a few tteok rice cakes as well if I'm super hungry to make it like a super low effort rabeokki) and after the heat is off I sprinkle a little mozzarella chease over the top and let it melt while the egg is cooking from the left over heat. One of the most delicious things I've ever eaten and the total cook time is less than 10 minutes start to finish. Plus all the ingredients last ages in the fridge so I don't have to worry about not having them or they've gone off if it's a few days after grocery day. 10/10 highly recomend!

the best way to eat it:
add vegetables and spice packet to 1 1/3 cup of water and bring to a boil
add noodles, let them absorb most of the water
crack an egg in the pot and cover with a lid to steam for about 30 seconds
then ur done, and u can mix the runny egg yolk with the noodles its so good! i like to add nori and lime juice

I find that if you have flavourless noodles you can easily make very nice, thick, sweet and salty noodles with home ingredients you'll have year round. start with a water and soy sauce broth, reduce until it starts to thicken, then add sugar, reduce further. add a couple splashes of milk, continue to reduce, and done. The flavour profile is very nice and the texture is so good

This looks pretty good! I've got the best ramen recipe I don’t care who eats it it's awesome and super flavorful.
Take the shin ramen and set it aside
Add a lot of water to the bowl or pot (we're adding seasonings so you can get double your normal broth)
Add the dry veggies to the water
Cut 2 garlic cloves in very thin slices like in goodfellas
Cut a thin slice of shallots and put in the julienne strips it makes
    Some green onion white pieces
Break up 1-2 dried shiitake mushrooms (or fresh ones then slice)
    Add like 1/4tsp of msg
Add miso or miso ramen broth concentrate (like 1-2 teaspoons), you can also use gochujang miso too but my favorite is the miso broth concentrate.
Add 1/2-1 teaspoon of better than bouillon chicken (you can use dried but the concentrate is way better)
Add 1/4-1/3 black garlic clove, minced into tiny pieces and spread around the
Add 1/3tsp of jalapeño paste or jalapeño powder (powder is best, awesome underrated seasoning)
Add some dashes of onion powder
Add a small amount of curry powder (like 1/4tsp)
    Add white sesame seeds
Add 1/2tsp of parsley (fresh is better)
Boil all of that for 6 minutes
Taste it, if its really strong add more water, then add the ramen seasoning packets. Taste again, if it needs more flavor slowly add small amounts of both better than chicken bouillon and your miso of choice.
Put in your noodles and cook them till your preferred texture. The noodles themselves will be very flavorful.
Then add about 1T-2T of whole milk or ~ 2/3T of heavy cream, and then the rest of the green onions green pieces.
I am someone who lovesss big flavor, I never understood soup that only adds enough seasoning for the ingredients inside of it, because the water is going to seriously lessen the flavor. I want the broth to be like thin sauce, I want to drink the broth and get a huge burst of flavor, which is what this does.
I guarantee if you eat this ramen you'll never be able to just use the seasoning packets again.
