Nice and clean house but only 5 bedroom not suitable for big family and no lift for the elderly and no pool and i like jake good presentation he show everything in detail
This house truly used the space very well. We see a lot of homes with the same limited frontage, yet they don't design it as spacious. Living area is small, but with how every other area is designed, it really makes up for it. Also Kapitolyo being hilly really helped make that service area really spacious.

Yes, the terrain was maximized for the service area but at the same time made the parking area very accessible
