I'm 40 and my liver and body only does okay because I take methadone too which pretty well kills any sex drive or hangover issues a man could ever have. Your blood cleaning system i.e. gall bladder, liver, kidneys all pay the price and other systems. If it weren't for the methadone then my guts would be even worse off. It's a terrible way to live life.
