Vietnamese here. People has been pushed out due to high real estate price, cost of living and difficult to travel. These greedy corporates keep doing the same things for years. They came here, bought all these lands from farmer, exploit the nature landscape for their profits, develop a replica projects, jack up the estate price, profit and moves else where. You can sense the same atmostphere with China ghost city. It's all profits for them. Looks all shallow and colorful on the outside but no depth. Tourists only come here to be dissapointed and never comeback
