I have a Samsung A7(6) but it's not working past calling, after I end the call there is no option of saving contact, it's just blank. Is there something else I could do? I only have 3 options on the screen, ( Bluetooth, Speaker and Keypad) and no it doesn't have a msg option, nor a Google keyboard. It still works i had to downgrade from 7.1 to 6.0.1 then did the Samsung frp call message method

iyt basically that happened to me so i downgraded to 6.01 then tried this method and it worked
