Thank you very much for the video, you transmit good vibes and although I am Spanish, your English is understood very well. I firmly believe that Tesla will be the largest company in the world in 2030, just have to be patient. A single detail I think there is an error, BYD did not sell 1,858 million electric vehicles, hybrids are included in that amount. Tesla still sells the most electric vehicles in the world. Un saludo desde Cádiz, España :)
Thank you so much for the warm feedback, Alejandro! The global EV production chart includes both BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle) and PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle). It's not an error. It's the way global EV production is presented by EV volumes. Here is the source: www.ev-volumes.com/

Hi LZ! The global EV production chart includes both BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle) and PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle), as presented by EV volumes. Here is the source: www.ev-volumes.com/ To your point, Tesla leads global sales of BEVs, with a share of 17 % in all BEVs sold in 2022.
Where can I find the split of revenue coming from each business unit showed in your chart? From income statements I can access to total revenue but I am not able to find the business unit contribution. Thanks!
I love the video!!! Keep it up! I think in robotics it is worth mentioning that they are super late to the game in comparison with Boston Dynamics. It seems more like another cheap marketing stunt, like all the drama around Twitter.
Your chart with Tesla's R&D per car is outdated and from 2020 this figure is now about $1,800. If 0 advertising is a good strategy when you significantly ramped up your production over the years and the sales process is no longer as easy and natural is debatable
Keep creating this kind of content, you are making excellent work!
Thanks Ignacio!

The EV growth graph is misleading. BYD has hybrids in that mix.

@@HowTheyMakeMoney_ Just strange to pull data together like that. Two completely different products.

Hi there! You can find the revenue breakdown in the shareholder letters on the company's investor relations website.
Nicely explained.

Thank you for letting us know, Oliver! Good to know. The chart is here to illustrate the $0 advertising per car, which is still valid today.
