Hi Jenny and Jerry. Your property has changed so much over the few years I’ve been watching your channel. It is such a pleasure to be a part of your wonderful journey. Both at home and at the Nursery the gardens are spectacular!! I love your channel. Thank you.
A Creekside garden along the Creekside Nursery creek? Be still my heart ❤❤❤
Why does that tree have so many friends? Because it's poplar! 😊
Good one!!!! 😂
That's going to be such a lovely area. Maybe a bench for sitting and dreaming?
Agree that would be pretty & nice.
Jenny you and Jerry are an amazing team. I can't wait to see everything this time next year. Your hard work is coming together so beautifully. Y'all have a wonderful weekend 🤗💓💕💞
Your property just keeps getting more beautiful by the day.
I like how you show planting plants that are not picture perfect. As in, they need to be cut back, leggy, kept in too much shade, etc. Real life! Just shows that having super healthy roots means that the plant will look beautiful with a little patience 🥰
Exactly!!!!
Love the Fairytale Bride. So pretty.
What a beautiful place Creekside Nursery is! Some day I hope to visit❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
When is the wedding?
Most of the time, my shrubs take a good three years to do their thing well. Hydrangeas take their sweet time for sure. I’ve also had good years and bad with so many things, I’ve been surprised to see a perennial that had “died” suddenly reappear a year or two later.
Greetings from Ireland, Great job, Its the bees knees. We live in a cottage in rural Ireland and we have a small front garden with four flowerbeds, fifty two pots of perennials and six pots of annuals on the two windowsills. My wife has no interest in gardening and tells me it looks like a mini garden centre. The back garden has grass and down at the bottom there is a glasshouse, water barrels, a three bay compost system and a no dig veg bed. I plan to create two big no dig flowerbeds out the back next autumn. I plan to divide the perennials from the front garden and plant them into the homemade compost, for the edges around the beds a local farmer has big stones and will give me them for free. This new venture will cost nothing to create.
You don't flower your out of here! 😂❤ It's going to look great!
Such a pretty area. It will be prettier once everything is blooming and filling out.
Love these new beds.
Jenny , Yes! Love the pop of those fairytale hydrangeas in that shady spot😍
Hi Jenny - beautiful as always. I haven't heard you mention the wedding recently. I sure hope all is well.
Thanks Jenny and Jerry. 💐💚🙃
Your property looks so beautiful! That opening shot is stunning! 😀
Hi folks. 🌈 You have created such lovely gardens everywhere you look ! I must say, from our 5a zone, we just might be a wee bit jealous. Kudos to you both. 💌
Beautiful area ❤I can’t wait to see the climbing hydrangea🥰
PoorJerry working with the large auger in the tree roots...😂😂 🌳 Y'all are a great team! I just recently got the 3" and 5" augers from power planter and what a game changer. I can't dig with a shovel anymore and the augers have made it possible for me to get back in the garden and not have to wait for someone else to dig for me.
I love seeing you planting in the shade out near the pond. Those hydrangeas and the Red Bud are so beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing. I know it’s hard work, but we so appreciate you all! ❤
Have any of you notice how much you've learned from Jenny and Jerry? I have! Yesterday, I was at Lowe's buying plants. I got so excited to see some of the plants Jenny has featured on here. I was also able to help another person [2 people to be honest]. One wanted to know which flowers would bring pollinators to her garden. I told her to look up Jenny's channel. She said, "How can she help me if she's in grow zone 8 and what grow zone are we." I told her we were once grow zone 3 now we're 4. I promised her she would learn a ton from Jenny despite the different grow zone in which we live and garden.
Wow! What a fabulous story; thank you for sharing❣️
Good morning, Jenny☕️I love those Fairytrails; they are beautiful! I must have them! The size of the sweet shub blows my mind. It’s going to look gorgeous over there. Have a Blessed Day 😊🐶
Beautiful seeing you work together
What a Lovely Spot and Perfect plants for your expanding gardens.
I alwaya stick the cutoffs of bagonias in the ground and grow even more without doing anything but maybe plant tone. Love the freebies. East Tn.
I bought my first set of Felco pruners yesterday. I chose that brand because all of the good things you say about them. I needed a smaller set so I got the 310. They’re great , I used them for the first time today and I’m very impressed. The quality is really nice. I will probably get a bigger set next.👍🏻👍🏻
Wonderful!
That sweet shrub made me smile. My Mimi had a massive sweet shrub in her garden. I have good memories of playing around it and enjoying its lovely fragrance. ❤
Jenny and Jerry a gorgeous Creekside you have built i have been watching these videos for a long time and the changes are awesome! ❤
Every time I see you planting more annuals and shrubs I just think your gardens can't get any better - but they do! Aphrodite has officially been added to my Wish List. That shrub is going to be breathtaking in full bloom, and its shape is beautiful as well. Hope you're having a good day today too. Thanks for sharing with all of us.
That is going to be so pretty! I wish up north we could grow Fairytrail bride! So I will just enjoy yours instead! lol Thanks for sharing!
Instant garden :) Your property is very similar to ours. No flat ground, creek, you have pines we have giant Douglas fir, ash, alder and big leaf maple. I draw inspiration from your designs and plant selections. Thank you for sharing and teaching
It sounds beautiful!!!
Love mornings with you guys as I'm getting ready for work❤
Thank you friend❣️
landscape so wondrous it's so nicer to have a picnic
I've resorted to threats on a rhododendron that hasn't performed. Just when I say THIS is the year I will remove it, it blooms. Not as robustly as typical rhododendrons, but enough to earn it another reprieve.
So pretty! I'll be anxious to see it fill in. A little bistro set would be so cute in there.
I never thought of begonias as being tough but youve changed my mind about them.
Hey Jenny!! How Beautiful is this new garden with pops of “brightness” under the gorgeous trees!! It’s exciting to watch and get ideas of your combinations of textures and colours even though I can’t get m/any of your plants here in my part of Australia! There’s such JOY in searching for substitute plants and using your design concepts!! Big Thanks!! ❤
Looks so great! I have the fairytrail bride and i was so happy she came back this year.. mine too didn't bloom last year but she's all budded up this year
Still waiting on my climbing hydrangea from you guys i ordered April 10th.. can't wait to get mine planted! I have a fir tree that lost most it's needles down low and it's at least 70ft tall. Can't wait to get it started climbing that tree. I had one at my old house and it took 3 years to start really taking off so hoping yours comes here soon. I just recieved my Jenny's auger today! Excited to use it.. thank you so much Jenny!❤❤❤
I can't wait to see these plants grow. 👏👏👏 so pretty. Excellent work 👏
Hey - everything is looking good, kids!💞
Beautiful 🤍
The gardens are so pretty ! I got a Fairy Trail last May and it was alive but didn't grow all summer, didn't like being inside this winter and I planted it in the ground a few weeks ago ... we will see.
I would suggest you use your tree/scrub drench on the climbing hydrangea. I can say from personal experience that Japanese Beetles LOVE this plant.
Wish I could come see the gardens ... maybe next year.
Jenny, I never thought to cute back my begonias 😳,going to cut back my leggy ones !!,
My Fairytrail Bride didn’t bloom its first year either. I was going to give up on it but this year it is blooming like mad!!
Hi Jenny, Enjoyed your video this morning! Absolutely love your Fairytrail Bride shrub! One is starting to grow in the sunroom in a container and did not realize it would be so small when ordered but growing fast! Maybe I will be able to plant the beauty outside in the Fall. Their cascading stems with flowers is stunning. Have a nice day & as always appreciate your videos!
Looks gorgeous 💓💞💓
Ohhh jenny those shrubs & climber❤are sooo gorgeous pretty spot to shine beautiful red bud💖🐝💚🌱thank you jenny & jerry (i hope i have a spot for the fairy trail brde).
This is just beautiful!
Beautiful
Enjoying the journey
Looking fabulous ❤️❤️
Thanks Jenny!
Inspiring and beautiful area Jenny
When is the wedding??
Jenny, I have my ‘Fairytrail Bride’ in a pot. I brought it inside the garage for the winter and it is blooming its heart out this year. I am curious, I have always heard climbing hydrangeas don’t bloom until they get finished climbing up whatever they are on. Do you think next year ‘Flirty Girl’ will put on less blooms but take off climbing up the tree? As always, another gorgeous design!
Beautiful as always! I love getting inspiration from your videos! How do you keep deer from eating your Hydrangeas? I planted some in March and the deer found them this week. 😢
Try deer and rabbit spray. Or try Irish spring soap grated or pieced up around the shrubs
So pretty. Climbing hydrangea scares me but I will wait and see. Could you have propagated new plants from the trimmings of the begonias. I remember my mom doing this.
Technically you could, but since these are patent protected plants we don't encourage it 😉
Hey Jenny-. That poplar tree bark kinda worries me- I had the same kind of issue with a monster big oak and it didn’t survive..
And I love love how the garden is coming along- just beautiful!!
🙋
