Homemade Chili Garlic Oil

  • Ingredients:
    50 g Kashmiri red chillies
    15 or more garlic
    1 tbsp. Urad dhal. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
    1 tbsp. tamarind
    1 tbsp. mustard seeds
    1/4 tsp. grated hing
    Salt
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    Note: Once the chili mix is done cooking, you can add 1/4 cup oil to preserve longer. This will stay well for a month or more. Make sure the oil is on the surface. Keep refridgerated.
