No. Actually Tristan CAN pick and choose which kid gets his time. It's his prerogative. The courts can legally make him pay child support, but forcing a man to be a father is not legal. If he doesn't want to father that child, he does have that right.

I think nowadays single women need to think twice before allowing a child to be born into existence, asking herself, is there going to be an emotionally healthy, financially stable and supportive system for the child to grow up in? Parenthood is a serious obligation and responsibility and should not entered lightly, if not done properly can cause trauma for both parents and child.

As a mother raising her kids alone, I will say that this isn't about the child. She knew he wasn't going to be there. She is getting child support and I wish she would stop putting her child in the spotlight like this. It's attention seeking and damaging to the child long term. She is enough to parent that baby well. Rather no father than one who doesn't want to be there. Also stop bringing the other kids and baby mama's into this, she knew that he wasn't going to be around while the other 2 had relationships with him when their kids were born.
