Tristan's mom was a horrible influence on him. She told Khloe to date Tristan despite knowing that Tristan had a 5 month pregnant girlfriend living in his house. She never met Prince or Theo and she had time to. She only met Khloe's kids. She was there when Khloe gave birth but not for the other two grandchildren. His father is the sane one.
