The movie poster used for The Mummy is actually the poster for the 1999's The Mummy while the clip is for the 2017 The Mummy. Personally think the 1999 version should be included because it's better known and well...just a better movie.
Absolutely amazing quiz. 100/100. Helps that I've seen 97% of them, haven't seen Killers of the Flower Moon, Barbie & Brokeback mountain yet. Will watch, won't watch and won't admit I've watched it 🤣
83/100 I didn't recognize the movies "Killer of the Flower Moon, King Speech and Some Like It Hot". But although I remember and watched the other movies, I forgot their names.
It sounds like a perfect excuse to revisit some classics and discover new gems. Happy movie watching, and we appreciate your engagement with our quizzes!❤️
@@TopMoviesQuizShow I like doing the quizzes; however, there are many movies I have no interest in seeing. I like comedy, romance, and happy endings. ♥ None of that scary, wartime, horror stuff for me. 😊
These are so iconic that I only missed nine despite having only seen about 65 of them (though two of the ones I missed were ones I had actually seen, lol)
I missed 3 and that's only because I didn't have the movies in my Plex collection of 2600 movies, 203 TV Series and 63 Saturday Cartoon Series. What can I say?... I LOVE MOVIES!!
64/100 but there were loads that I had seen but couldnt remember the name of them in time. I counted that towards the ones I didnt know. I wasnt counting how many I knew but couldnt remember in time but I'd prob say at least 15/20. So if I didnt count them as wrong I'd prob have got 80+ at least.
Yeah there were a few where I knew I knew it but couldn't pull the name up in time (like for Pulp Fiction all my brain could pull up was "Tarantino" so I half-counted it as I knew I almost had it).
So far I'm 42/45. Should be 43/45 but couldn't get The Prestige off the tip of my tongue in time. Don't hate but I missed the Killer Moon one and Goodfellas too
100/100. The only one I almost missed was Some Like it Hot, but I figured popular B&W movie with Marilyn, so it was easy to guess. Its also the only one other than Gone with the Wind I havent seen. As folks have mentioned, wrong poster for The Mummy, but the Back to the Future entry has footage that was only in the trailer, not in the movie.
97/100 - Killers Of The Flower Moon, Gone With the Wind and I can't remember the other. The wrong cover on The Mummy was a bad one though - don't sully the Brendan Fraser classic by conflating it with the Tom Cruise trainwreck!
Can't stand Brendan Fraser in anything - did see both The Mummy and The Mummy Returns - wasn't that enthralled. The 2017 was probably one of Tom's worst - parts were very well done - others meh...
83 - I largely missed the Marvel movies (which I haven't seen to date), a few where I couldn't latch onto anything quickly enough, or I Am Legend which I confidently thought was Independence Day and moved on. I wouldn't have gotten Ex Machina if I hadn't literally just finished it a few minutes ago. I'd have liked a few more older movies to mix things up too.
@@heather6668 Funnily enough, since I made the original post I've now seen all the Marvel films. I watched them all in order over a couple of months. Some hit or miss, but I quite enjoyed them for the most part.
@@delby66 Maybe your school used a different grading scale than mine, I graduted from high school in NC in 1997: 93-100=A (excellent) 85-92=B (above average) 77-84=C (average) 70-76=D (below average) 0-69=F (failing)
@@johnanderson9765 I'm sorry John. I'm in Canada and I'm 68 years old. I graduated from high school in 1974 and our grading scale was much different. Our system was 90-100= A+ 80-89= A 70-79=B 60-69=C 50-59=D..... this was barely a passing grade for us. Then anything below 50% was an F To get into University after your last year of high school, you needed an overall average of 75% or better, in all your courses. You could get into Community College with a 70% overall average. I had to go to summer school after I finished my high school because one of my math courses was below 75%. Therefore I wouldn't have been able to apply for University. I upgraded my mark at summer school. I am pretty sure it's much different now, here in Canada. I'm sorry for assuming that 72/100 for you wasn't too bad.
What would be fun is if you got 3 points if you guessed correctly with in the first second, then two, then one and all your point were added up at the end
Much too easy, always the same very well known movies in all these quizz. Tarantino, Nolan, Cameron, a little bit of Hitchcock... no imagination at all.

Don't know if this was already pointed out but you used the wrong cover for The Mummy. You used the 1999 cinematic master piece staring Brenden Fraser and Rachel Weisz. Not the Tom Cruse craptastic one.
I got 207, but I might be lying
No, I believe you 100%, random stranger on the internet!
35 in and only missed 2 so 207 seems crap lol
Love this style but dude... what was with the Leo fascination in this one?
Glad you enjoyed the quiz! Maybe we should rename the quiz to 'Spot the Leo' edition! 😄
@TopMoviesQuizShow You could make it a drinking game but we'd probably die
Crazy how the brain can remember a whole movie just by seeing a 3 second clip!
Cant remember answers to the question in exam even after fouble revisionz😂
98/100 - wrong cover for The Mummy, though
Amazing score with 98/100! 🌟 You're absolutely right about The Mummy poster, it's our fault
LOSER HAHA I GOT 99
Think that was the point…

70 out of 100 never seen or heard of quite a few specifically the new movies
45/100. Several good movies.
I got 98/100. Those 2 chick flicks : Bridget Jones and 50 shades of grey got me.
Total rage bait on the mummy at the end. Complete millennial indulgence and loved it!
93/100.
Pirates of The Caribbean and Harry Potter always got me with their sequels
97/100
Interstellar
Million Dollar Baby
The Gentleman
89/100, I'm ashamed to say I blanked so hard on a couple really easy ones, The Shining and The Sixth Sense. Still had a good time

88/10, but having two Daniel Craig-Bond films on the quiz is mean
91/100 I really missed a lot of old movies, but named every recent film
One semi ambiguous scene is more of a challenge than basically a mini trailer
99/100 Didn’t get Ex Machina. Haven’t seen it
It's a good movie. Very well written. Small cast, more like a theater play. Would actually work on stage.
Watch it! Literally my favorite movie
