People were complaining that it's too difficult and you made it look so easy haha, very nice run! First time I saw someone actually use stingers here as I expected
Hi, difficulty is slightly hard but ok with 8 enemies per operator. The hardest part is actually the reinforcements, but they only trigger if you approach the last hostage. Perhaps you can move that trigger next to the entrance to that room, so there is no avoiding it, and add some delay to the actual spawning. Also, spawning 5 at once on the south door is a bit too much to handle with 1 guy covering the rear. A minor detail: there are two wardrobes which allow seeing through but not shooting.
I'm a big fan of approaching these maps with the option of stealth. Could you add an optional squad spawn along the street toenter the theatre from the rear?
There’s a different version of this map with propane tanks on stage that can blow up. It’s maybe an earlier version of the map before the workshop. If you threw a flash bang. The cans all blew up and killed the baddies but not the hostages lol. It was cool but kind of too easy.
One of THE best maps in the game! Would be cool if they tweaked Multiplayer so one person can be the Swat team and the other person has a team of bad guys that he moves around the map like you do in Single Player mode, now THAT would be awesome! I also wish someone would get REALLY creative and do some other interesting maps. Imagine a Skyscraper map! You start at the bottom floor and you have to shut off the elevators and so on. You work you and your guys through each floor, have a set of men go up however many stairwells there are and then cleaning that floor and so on and on upwards! Or, you can do the option of having guys at the bottom and work their way up AND drop some guys from a copter onto the roof and those guys work their way down. I haven't tried the car tunnel map yet, but it looks fun! Someone should also create a set of Middle-Eastern Cave Maps , where you must go into a series of caves that lead to awesome tunnel systems and what not. I have ALOT of great ideas for this game but I don't know how to tell the Devs my ideas. And would they even care about my ideas. So, what other games are you playing now?
Actually I'm not playing other games right now. Just some DK2 on the weekends. To implement some of the ideas you mentioned, a lot is missing in the editor and game mechanics. Let's see what upgrades will be in the editor on the next release. I'm waiting for that to make more maps.
@@japlet8784 Me too! It would be cool to see a whole bunch of different kinds of maps. Multi-level maps like I mentioned. Storming various kinds of ships and all would be awesome too! Cargo ships, cruise ships and yachts of various sizes and all. Massive castles, moving trains where you can move inside the train or on top of the train as it moves. There's many very interesting possibilities for map ideas out there and all they have to do for those ideas is read. I don't mind if they use my idea(s).
@@g4340 There are already maps featuring ships, submarines and airplanes. There is a subway station with a train (stopped). So the editor right now offers more options than it seems. Supposedly the next update will be big, but I doubt they will implement multiple floors.
I’d like to see an alternate play through where you let the enemy reinforcements rush in when you rescue the hostage. You have to leave at least 1 bad guy alive somewhere when you rescue the hostage and 2 squads of baddies rush in from the north and south side of the street to the east. In this scenario you killed the last bad guy before you rescued the hostage bcz the reinforcements don’t spawn until you rescue the hostage so…
That last guy was just hiding thinking he’s safe then all of a sudden 4 delta force operators just light him up

Goddamn. I always wanted to make a theater hostage situation map, But I'm glad you beat me to it. Amazing work.

In that case you leave a team of two behind the sandbags in the corridor to counter the lower spawn. The rest of the team should cover the upper area.
