Perla by Polygon Homes will be a 38-storey residential tower located at Olive Avenue and James Street. It will result in 339 market strata units. The will also be a 6-storey building with 118 rental units that is separated by an internal court yard.
Close by is Central Park, Patterson Skytrain, Metrotown, Metropolis and Burnaby Public Library.
