Metro Vancouver's hate for cars is only equal to how much they DON'T spend on real mass transit solutions instead wasting it for the toy bike lanes and gridlock inducing madness. The irony that they claim it's to make the area greener and more livable is lost on them as it now takes 115% to 147% longer, stuck in traffic, to get the same drive done during the day. How green can all that extra running time be?

I jsut realized they made a terrible mistake: The LEGO shop is gone now. So now, where else can they establish a LEGO shop in town? It's just not as creative like Toys R' Us.

I am very interested in the progress of the development but I got motion sickness from watching as the camera moves up and down constantly. I could only pause and fast forward to watch as still images. Anyways, thanks for sharing.

From 2:24 it sounded like someone was giving you grief for filming the construction site. I guess "it takes all kinds ..."

All thise towers and neighbors... Where are grocer's the grocery the Kwik trip the hardware supplies stores the churches the diners and restaurants and grass and trees. ... No place no space... Where's the privacy... Thousands of dollars a month for a condo space thats less than half the square footage my house ..

300m from a Skytrain, and right near existing 25 storey buildings, and the best we could do is six storeys? Kinda sad, but better than a vacant lot for decades I guess.

Nice view of Mount pleasant Station from the bus. The next time when you do Arbutus Station, could you include a view of the station from the bus? It’s good to do something like that since anyone of us can get a good clear view of the station progress
