Ingredients:
4 tomatoes ( 350-400 g )
2-3 green chillies
2 onion ( 150 g )
300 g Paneer
1 cup frozen/ fresh peas ( optional )
22-23 broken cashews/ melon seeds/ almonds
1 tsp shahi zeera/ safed zeera
2 tsp ginger paste
2 tsp garlic paste
1 /4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
2 tsp kitchen kind masala
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp methi
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
4 tbsp fresh cream/ milk cream
1/2 cup milk
50-60 g khoya / mawa / grated paneer
