Hey you should fish at the Jefferson dam for flat heads and walleye!! The walleyes are biting good with a weight and a minnow and use cut bait for flat heads there are huge flat heads in there! Love the videos btw
Wow that brown is massive for it being an inland fish and not a Lake Michigan brown. Nice catch man hope to see more trout fishing off the baraboo subbed for trout notifications
Had to explain to my neighbor today how he should put away his musky lures until opening day and gave him a few bass plugs to use instead. He is from North Carolina and all excited to fish already. At least he got the morning in bass fishing with musky lures LOL also gave him a spare lightweight rod to use the rest of the weekend. I really don't like this open season but catch and release for bass
Yeah, wish they would just make catch and release all year around with some restricted spots. He can always go to Milwaukee for the big browns if he wants a fight.
That was a bigger not Lake Michigan trout than I have ever gotten. My largest was a three pound or so rainbow in the Platte River when I lived in Denver and I used to catch like three pound Dolly Varden Char? Up in Alaska for a summer.
Catfishing Wisconsin is needed SOON !!!
White bass , catfish!! Wisconsin 💯🤣

I’ll try it this week.
That was an interesting catch for sure!

Trout are rarely found at that point in the baraboo. They do stock them in feeder creeks near the la ville/ reedsburg area I think.
Great fish, congrats

I fish the baraboo never seen a trout? 🐟
They stock them way uphill in the feeder stream around LaVille I think. Never though one would make it all the way here.
