- Hi my sweet sleepyheads! I know I haven't been putting out my normal or "traditional" ASMR content but I felt very compelled to make this video for you all and others who need it. This is a very vulnerable heart-to-heart for anxiety, depression, stress relief, and mental health support. Thank you so much to a sweet subscriber of mine, JT, for supporting this video instead of his initial custom in order for me to be able to make this video longer and more personal for you all. 💛🫂

You don’t understand how much I needed this. My girlfriend of 6 1/2 years just broke up with me this afternoon. I understand falling out of love and respect her as a person. She and I had some matters to discuss since we were together for so long (stuff at my place, etc.), but I also had some questions. She confirmed it’s done and that I need to move on. So I’m rather sad. I have clarity and closure which is nice. But I’m still sad
@@ChrispyWingsme and my girlfriend of 4,5 years ended things 2 months ago. It still hurts but in a different way now. But it's gotten better. I hope it has gotten better for you too

Thank you for saying that Slumber, i feel like I'm not seen often due to my shyness and people never talk to me out in the streets, I'm always walking lonely, going wherever i need to go. I just want to make friends and be seen out where i am and I'm glad that's what you're doing with me. Lately I've been struggling with depression and it's been really hard for me, i experience boredom, disinterest in things, not being able to eat well, poor sleep habits, mood swings, staying in bed and not getting up, and brain fog, not just that but there's way more going on. I've been through a lot of other things that really hurt me and never told anyone about it.
I am so sorry to hear that but glad that you’re finding a safe space here. I have also experience those feelings and am experiencing many of them in the present moment. Healing is not linear and I am proud that you are finding tools and support systems to heal and take care of yourself 🫂💙

I've been so down and unable to do my homework and I've been trying to process a dumb man who genuinely broke me 😭 having no contact is hard but I gotta keep going and find what I deserve. So trying to drown myself in my work is the only thing that's helping but I've been losing sleep. Definitely cried watching this. Thank you for making this video. I just want to give you a big hug so bad. Thank you for being here for us. We are here for you too. I tend to bring up God a lot in comments, but I want you to remember that truly God is here for you as well. Always.
I don't know if you're religious but if it's alright I'd like to give you an inspiring biblical scripture that is helpful to remember especially during our hardest times.
Romans 5:3-5 "Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us."
