Tnx for your time But it’d be great if you had zoomed in to show your audience the finer details of both the components and then how they mate together. Why not take the time to show your stuff off by also having a spinning and a casting rod made up showing how trick it looks and what any potential customer like me can expect to achieve by buying your products. I come here as a rookie builder (actually building off one of your 6’8” Eternity spinning blanks, vertical jigging Walleye/1/2- 5/8oz leadheads) and sorry Mr Batson but your pitched suc, well ya maybe fell short in my humble opinion ;-) I’m not leaving here feeling very confident to buy your product because I came here seeking knowledge and you left me wanting more... what do reel seat sizes 16-20 mean.. is that the ID of the individual seat?? Are the OD’s all the same? Are there different seat OD’s for different size hands?? And something else with weight and balance being so crucial why aren’t seat weights revealed. I don’t think the industry lists it but it sure would be nice to know because we’re not all experienced builders with likely a Fuji VSS and cork. Sorry Bill but you lost the sale brother. Looking forward to this Rainshadow build. Thank you
Hi, this is just a short and simple product spotlight, not an in-depth informational video. Most people won't watch a long video going into all the measurements which can all be found at the link that is after the initial description (alpsforecast.com/products/gear-components/gear-grips/carbon-fiber/carbon-fiber-grips/). UA-cam cuts the video description as soon as a link is listed, so you have to click the "read more" to see the link. You will also see photos of the product with part number at the link All the sizing information is on the website as well as in our catalog. Sizes 16,18,20 and so on are the industry standard number for reel seat sizes - ID (in millimeters). So if you get a size 16 reel seat OD's are different for different grips, once again completely listed out on the above link. Actually most reel seats in the industry don't list the OD, as there are multiple outside dimensions. Everything is based off the ID to best fit the blank and used to match up trim pieces. The industry as a whole doesn't list weight except for on blanks and certain other items for seemingly no particular reason. Blanks and guides we do.
Those are sweet
