I Forgave My Son’s Drug Dealer | UN/DIVIDED

Rose Castro’s son Jeremy Castro was killed by a drug overdose in 2017. Chris was the drug dealer who sold Jeremy the fentanyl that led to his overdose and is himself a recovering opioid addict. Although her family blamed Chris for Jeremy’s death, Rose saw the pain in Chris and forgave him.
Rose set up the Jeremy Castro Foundation, which is dedicated to helping families and individuals struggling with substance abuse. The foundation is sponsoring Chris for sober living expenses, and Rose is personally helping Chris navigate his life and chase his dreams.
