In this video, I am telling you about the steering cut plate by BODY MAXX.
Using an iron plate for the gym gives you a better experience of the gym and it is long lasting as compared to the rubber weights.
Personally, I have tried both rubber and iron but the longevity of iron weights and the genuineness of iron plates cannot be judged.

Anil according to your need you can check the links provided in the description. But I'll recommend you to buy bench separately and weights separately. And weights that you buy should be cast iron which are more reliable.

Bro it's good that u bought it from Amazon but if u cud go to any sports market, u will get these plates at a much cheaper price... I have the same plates and bought it from sports market jalandhar at a price of 48 rp per kg. So try to visit any nearby sports complex and buy from them.
