The best video so far. I tried to connect my earbuds with 4 other videos and this was the first one to suggest flipping the ear holder behind the ear bud itself. 😀
To control the volume, move your fitnger up the ridges above the JBL logo on the RIGHT ear to increase the volume. To decrease the volume, move your finger down along the ridges. T o adjust EQ settings: In your Windows 10 taskbar, right click on the volume icon.
Okay so for some odd reason I had just got them and my right earbud which is on the mode where you can pause play skip and stuff isn't working anymore😂. Like I could hear it just fine that's not the problem it's just the button functionality doesn't work to pause it anymore etc.
I just upgraded my phone, and the new phone has no plug-in for my headphones. In the past, I have purchased cheaper wireless earphones and was never impressed. I was at the AT&T store and bought these because they were the top ones in stock. I assumed that the higher price would make a difference this time. I just spent all day struggling to use these. On the positive side, no wires is nice, but my hands are still not free because I have to constantly hold them to my ears. I bought these because they have the ear hooks, so I assumed that they would stay on, but they don't. They constantly feel like they are falling off, so I can't walk 100 yards before having to stop to rehook them. I have tried many ways to hook them on better, but nothing works. It's like you need duct tape to make sure they stay on. In the end, it will look just as bad as having wires. The next problem is the sound. The earbuds sit so far out of the ear that I have to turn the volume to the top to hear, and it still sounds far away. This is horrible because music is the only form of entertainment consume. The listening experience I had with the cheap $5.00 headphones you can get at the checkout line at Walmart is 10 times better. I would just go back to using them, but the new phones don't have a plug-in. I am so dissatisfied that this is one of the only product reviews I have ever written. They make me miss my cheap $5.00 wired Earphones. Don't waste your money.
Is it possible to use each earbud individually? Like. I use one bud while the other is charging. Then when the one I'm using dies, I swap for the other one. Can these buds do that?
Tell JBL it would be nice if we could control sound on the actual earbuds. I do not want to download yet another app. The sound quality is absolutely terrible "as is". I had better sound quality on a cassette player in 1989. Not your fault though, but JBL, come on, how hard is it to make a function for sound control on the earbud itself?
Thanks. Their "manual" isn't worth the cost to recycle. Probably best to use it to line an animal's cage. Whatever happened to using words? I'll still have to google to figure out the difference between ambient and talk through. But I wouldn't have figured out how to pair them without your video. ... Maybe someday I'll learn to not hate them ...
What an ignorant comment. You need to practice your listening skills to understand various English accents.... rather than expect everyone to speak in an accent that you're most comfortable with.
I bet u can’t speak proper English yourself… appreciate his help or just move along..he didn’t post this video for u to criticize his English.. slow ahh!🤷🏾♂️

Thank's. Your so easy to understand and a very good guide to explain about the JBL ear bud.
Thank you! You are a great help to an old gal who thought she was tech savvy!
Not your fault! Their "manual" is absolutely terrible.
Awesome, thanks
What about volume?? Very low in my attempts to increase ..
The volume is too low for me. I'm returning these.

Not to mention than whenever I try to adjust mine to fit my ear better I'm pressing a control and something happens that I didn't want to have happen.

I’ve used one earbud before, while the other one is in the battery box (if that’s how is called).
Yes

Hello team
The voice assistant understands me , but doesn’t do what I ask. I ask to play my lists on Spotify, but mostly it play another list, not mine 😮
You couldn't hear someone's phone call if they are screaming at you
These things are absolute garbage. JBL should be ashamed.
They suck
People just decided to go on xenofobic mode here, right? He speaks english. Can you speak his language?
