Started using Canva about three months ago to create static flyers for our church at first and now I'm an expert. Thanks AJ for your diligence to the ministry.
Awesome video walkthrough! With the addition of Magic being introduced to the latest release of Canva Pro has me ready to sever my relationship with Adobe Cloud! Shew, finally!
Your information is so helpful. I’ve been looking for a way to incorporate a video announcement monitor for our Children’s Church. Currently the technology consists of a broadcast (not live stream) of the Sunday Service on UA-cam and a website and Facebook page. In fact, we don’t have WiFi at the church. I have to use my personal hotspot. I’m hoping that demonstrating some of these skills will encourage leadership to invest in WiFi. But even if they don’t, you’ve given me some ideas for a work around! I also watched your video about five ideas to expand media outreach. Thank you so much!
That’s very nice, always learning something new. I have a question not related to this video. I saw in the list of gears that you also have an atem television studio HD, which we recently acquired for our church. I have come into issues trying to output a movie or video from an external source like a digital media player, so we can run the announcements running in a video loop including sound on the hallways using the program output, and inside the temple running the TVs and projector from PC through the Aux output. The problem I have is that the atem is not picking up sound at all from that source, only picking up sound from a single camera setup getting audio from the mixing board. Thanks and blessings to you and your family for all you are doing with your ministry
AJaytheCEO Thanks for the reply 🙏, I’m using a digital media player called “Micca Speck G2” I can see the video but the atem does not detect audio from that source. But if you have an alternative to what I’m try to accomplish, I’ll take any suggestion. We just trying not to take to much room in the media booth with a PC dedicated to announcements because we are already cramped in there. Thanks again
@@WILLY.OGANDO The nerd part of me thinks that a raspberry pi could do this and it costs about the same but would sadly have a higher learning curve. Honestly not sure why audio isn't playing. What type of video files are you playing and does anything produce audio from the device?
AJaytheCEO Thank again, and sorry it took me so long to reply. I’m using MP4, I made sure the resolution matched the one on the Atem. But if I can’t get it to work its not a problem, I can try the raspberry pi like you suggested me. But most importantly I went ahead and try and Apple TV, because I’m mostly interested in getting that to work but the only way it works is by changing the format on the Atem to 1080p 60, but the problem when I do that is that there is no way for me to get the Camera we have and PC to work on that setting “1080p60”. How can I get it to work? Do I need some type of converter (format, scaler, 1080i60 to 1080p60, and or 1080p60 to 1080i60)? Or those BMD have a higher level that can take any input and convert it to match the selected format without having to get extra/separate gear. Like the Atem mini but with more inputs and outputs + multi view. To make it short, the goal is to have flexible multiple inputs and flexible outputs to show something different on the projector from the streaming output, hallway. and being able to get audio from whatever desired input sources and send that to the FOH X32. If it is something that can be mounted in a rack even better and control it with a tablet wirelessly or laptop, with a price limit up to $3,500. Thanks again and blessings
I would like to be able to have others enter announcements into a form (perhaps with different fields for main and secondary heading, date & time, and a few tidbits) and then that gets auto formatted into slides (video or still) that need very little else but to paste into the weekly rotation. Nothing fancy (relavant graphics not needed), just easy and up to date info. What you've shown is rather cumbersome for what I've got in mind. Maybe I'm asking to much, idk.
Hi I hope you are well, what application did you use to make the beginning of your video? it's the one i need to edit the church announcement, Thank you very much for your video,

Would you be interested in seeing how to add voiceovers to these announcements?
AJaytheCEO yeah that would be awesome!
Free or paid solutions?
Yes
AJaytheCEO I think it would be interesting to see both options
Yeah sure
THANK YOU FOR MAKING THE ANNOUNCEMENTS SIMPLE!
You're welcome

What type of video player are you using with the ATEM HD? DVD, Blu-ray?

@@WILLY.OGANDO in Windows you need to change the monitor refresh rate to get 59 or 60
Thanks for the upload!!!!
Glad it helped

Just some honest feedback...the music in the background of this video is so distracting and makes the video a little unbearable
Thanks. This was a video done 2 years ago and we are unable to update older videos to make corrections.
It's not free as advertised. Looks like a nice app, but we're working with donated dollars. Thanks anyway...
Which part isn’t free? The cost would depend on your template but there are still free ones you can use
You help?
With announcements? With streaming?
Its not free
I don't understand. Canva is free.
So Adobe post slides and video too!
