Daggerwin, I've some suggestions if I may. They worked pretty well for me.1) plow fields 4, 5 and 6 together into one field and plow fields 7 and 8 into another. As the fields are not really big on thier own the yield is bad if yo don't combine them. 2) as the only bga in the game is the one at the drumard farm next to the silage bunker, I use F33 for maize harvest. But because the size of that field is too small (60k liters from fully fertilized corn) I've extended that field by plowing the yard area just next to it. I also put a vehicle shelter which worked great. By the way don't even try to find a shortcut between the shop and two farms, there is none. Also not that you cannot fertilize grass fields.

if you have not got a watertank trailer get one for the ITRunner truck.Gives the truck something else to do. Are the roadside trees able to take trimming with a chain saw? not the whole tree just the overhanging branch(s).You ran into one with a combine on Stream farm and it stopped it dead. You might have to get a ladder or a trailer with straw bale steps to reach. The Fendt with the front deck I have seen in Swiss alps where every square meter of grass at whatever angle is cut for winter feed.
Two things, back windows in tractors are almost always open, in America and Ireland. Also the front attacher on the bigger duetz you bought has a bug, the bottom two didn't move when you attached to the mower. Like and reply if you saw it too.
Dagger, you should probarly get a combine that is common in Ireland, or built there. If you cant find any, just go for an older one! Not too old though :)

The ITR truck was a VERY good idea! Going to get one myself now. :) But you have a too low HP tractor, would have kept the 724. (have kept mine). The strange Fendt thingy is great for usage with the pigs!!
I would go with a medium to large size combine as the roads look like they can take it. The map looks good and very life like, just like coldborough park farm was, it looks like a very inviting map not to big and not too small. I wish they hadn't bothered with the gold nuggets though. I am looking forward to this series.
My choise for the combine would be Rostelmash Torum 760. Has a big grain tank, enough hp, an auger pipe that can extend really high to clear higher tippers and the overall size of the combine is just perfect for the map I guess
Daggerwin you should switch the MAN ITR wheels to wide as to increase floatation on the field when carting, it will be realistic that way and you also avoid needing a trctor pulled trailer
hp (which is what the game counts) is on par with the Deutzs. I think it is a bit uggly but let daggerwin keep it. Remember how he was so excited about the three-wheeled machine on wexcombe which turned out to not be so useful. Here daggerwin might have the solution of carrying around a small amount of food for the animals etc.
Daggerwin abit of advice I'm from Ireland and u don't see much deitzs you mostly see fords 7840 white cabs Massey 399 Fiat 110/90 and new Hollands to 120 and Valtra 8050 6400 and a t130

just because it is Ireland does not mean you automatically have to have small tractors there OK but there are a lot of big tractors probably 40%of tractors in Ireland are big ones I was I a tractor over 300 horsepower and there is bigger our biggest tractor has 240hp
I've never seen old deutz like that are like that so really the only tractors that fit in here are the newhollandss but the chunky deutz kinda fitz in (there's a lot zetors Massey and classes around here)
You normally see lots of mid/biggish size tractors in the area which the map is based(louth). any brand tractors. ...........BUT you definitely wouldnt see that tipper tractor thing...............
I also think you should get an older ford or Massey front loader instead of the duetz. I don't know if the ford expansion pack is in 17 yet but it was really good in 13 and 15
Also u should download the Fendt Pack and use the smaller one. I don't live in Ireland, I live in Michigan. But what I usually see is John Deere's and Case IH combines.
Use the IC to open all the back windows. 99% of farmers ride with the windows open, its much easier when hitching and you get some fresh air. I think two Deutz was too much, one is fine but maybe throw in a MF or JD As far as combines go get a John Deere, I see them A LOT like a T560 or something like that would be cool!!!
After you buy the combine it might be a good idea to get a tractor like the Valtra t series so you have enough hp so if you want to get anything else but you don't have the hp you can as the highest tractor is the new holland. That has 175hp. That is 5 off the plow requirement.

well i live in England, and we only cut 360 acres of grass and we own an old 820 self propelled, not everyone uses contractors.
You use the subsoiler before you plant maize so that you can air rate the soil as they have deep roots

Replace the drop nose with the fiat 110-90 mod and also get a 7810 both two very common tractors here in Ireland

Played this map today. Very nice map. Lots of money in silage. Unfortunately the grass fields do not respond to fertilizer. So the yield is poor.
