Very useful tips, thank you. Although I ve been working for 7 years in companies with the international environment, I hesitate sometimes if my e-mail is too formal or too loose, therefore, I was always using formal language. Keep it up this series please :)

I often reply with "Greetings of the Day", if this is not the right way to say then correct me.
