Although I ve been working for 7 years in companies with the international environment, I hesitate sometimes if my e-mail is too formal or too loose, therefore, I was always using formal language.

“Dear all” is acceptable
I used "I'm writing this email to enquiry that......" a lot. and I thought it was fine.

How can you sire an important information on your email from your phone that you didn't want to got missing?
🤔 What phrases would you use at the beginning of a formal email to someone you have never met before?
I often reply with "Greetings of the Day", if this is not the right way to say then correct me.
"Nice to e-meet you!"
Is it ok for this case?
I use "I hope this email finds you well."
