A very good explanation on the emotional stages on retirement. It helped me better understand the scrambled emotions I’ve been feeling. Giving myself permission to process my journey in retirement has been difficult, but so important. Thank you!

It's wonderful that you're giving yourself permission to process your journey. Retirement is a personal adventure, and it's crucial to navigate it at your own pace. After all, it's not a race, but a marathon of self-discovery and growth 🤗

Thanks for posting this. I just retired at 62 and was having a hard time adjusting to my "free time". I am doing projects around my house now that I have been putting off while working 40 hours a week. I do have some trips planned also. I am on my 4th week and I am feeing better now. This video helps a lot on the stages.

Congratulations on this new chapter of your life! 🎉 It's completely normal to feel a little out of sorts initially. But look at you now, tackling those home projects and planning exciting trips - you're already embracing the freedom that retirement brings. Stay tuned for more content!
